Key Terms
User — an individual, a visitor of the Website, who accepts the terms of these Rules and wishes to place Orders on the website missyou.ru.
Buyer — a User who intends to order or purchase, or who orders, purchases, or uses goods solely for personal, family, household, and other needs, and who is indicated in the Order as the recipient of the Goods/Service.
Registered Buyer — a Buyer who has provided the Seller with individual information about themselves (e-mail address, contact phone number) that may be used for placing Orders repeatedly. This information is provided when placing an Order.
Seller — RUSPITANIE LLC (OOO «РУСПИТАНИЕ»), Taxpayer ID (INN) 7708412572.
Website — an organized set of interconnected web pages available on the Internet at
https://missyou.ru. The Website is owned and administered by the Seller.
Online Store — the Website owned by the Seller, located on the Internet at
https://missyou.ru, where the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase are presented, along with the terms of payment and delivery of the Goods to Buyers.
Goods — an object of sale and purchase (a physical item or digital material, an online course) that is not withdrawn from or restricted in civil circulation and is offered for sale in the Seller's Online Store by being listed in the relevant section of the Website.
Order — a duly completed request by the Buyer for the purchase and delivery, to the address specified by the Buyer or to an e-mail address, of a list of Goods selected on the Website.
Delivery Service — a division of the Seller that delivers the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Order.
1. General Provisions1.1. RUSPITANIE LLC, INN 7708412572, hereinafter the "Seller," publishes this Public Offer for the distance sale of goods, the descriptions of which are presented on the Seller's official website

1.2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (the "Civil Code"), this document is a public offer, and if the terms set out below are accepted, the individual accepting this offer shall pay for the Seller's Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code, payment for the Goods by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of the offer, which is deemed equivalent to concluding the Agreement on the terms set out in the offer.
1.3. In view of the above, please read the text of this public offer carefully. If you do not agree with any provision of the offer, you are advised to refrain from purchasing the Goods or using the Services provided by the Seller.
1.4. In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the terms below have the following meanings:
- "Offer" — the Seller's public proposal, addressed to any individual (citizen), to conclude a sale and purchase agreement (the "Agreement") on the existing terms contained in the Agreement, including all its annexes.
- "Buyer" — an individual or legal entity that has concluded the Agreement with the Seller on the terms contained in the Agreement.
- "Acceptance" — the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement.
- "Goods" — the list of assortment items presented on the official website.
- "Order" — individual items from the Goods assortment list specified by the Buyer when placing a request on the website or through the Operator.
- "Delivery" — courier services for delivering the Order.
- "Operator" — a representative of the Seller who provides information about the Seller's operating procedures and the Goods, and who participates in the placement and fulfillment of the Buyer's Order.
2. Subject of the Agreement2.1. The Seller sells the Goods in accordance with the current price list published on the Seller's website
https://missyou.ru/, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. This Agreement and its annexes are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.
3. Placing an Order3.1. The Buyer places an Order for the Goods after reviewing the assortment presented on the website
https://missyou.ru/ or by calling the Operator.
3.2. When placing an Order via the website
https://missyou.ru/ or through the Operator, the Buyer agrees to provide the following information about themselves:
- first name, last name (middle name/patronymic — optional);
- contact phone number (mobile, landline);
- e-mail address.
The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement by entering the relevant Order and Buyer details into the registration form or order form on the website
https://missyou.ru/, or when placing an Order through the Operator. The Buyer has the right to edit the information about themselves provided to the Seller. The Operator does not change or edit the Buyer's registration information without the Buyer's consent.
3.3. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data provided during registration on the website
https://missyou.ru/ and when placing an Order to persons not involved in the fulfillment of the Order.
3.4. The Seller and the Operator are not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing an Order.
3.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.
3.6. The provision by the Buyer of the data specified in clause 3.2, and payment by the Buyer for an Order placed independently on the website, constitute the Buyer's agreement to the terms of this Agreement. The day the Buyer places an Order by any means is the date of conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
3.7. All informational materials presented on the website
https://missyou.ru/ are for reference only and may not fully convey accurate information about certain properties and characteristics of the Goods. If the Buyer has questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, they should consult the Operator before placing an Order.
4. Order Fulfillment Time Frames4.1. The Order fulfillment time depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse and the time required to process the Order, but may not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment the Buyer places the Order. In exceptional cases, the Order fulfillment time may be agreed with the Buyer individually, depending on the characteristics and quantity of the ordered Goods. If part of the Order is unavailable in the Seller's warehouse, including for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Seller has the right to remove the relevant Goods from the Buyer's Order. The Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer of any change in the contents of their Order through the Operator.
4.2. The Order is deemed delivered at the moment it is handed over to the Buyer. By signing the delivery note, the Buyer confirms fulfillment of the Order.
4.3. If the Buyer provides inaccurate contact information, the Seller bears no responsibility for improper fulfillment of the Order.
5. Payment for the Order5.1. Payment for the Order and confirmation of payment.
5.1.1. Payment for the Order is made by bank card via the CloudPayments payment service or by transferring funds to the Seller's settlement account after the Seller issues an invoice.
5.2. The prices of the Goods indicated on the website
https://missyou.ru may be changed by the Seller unilaterally without notice to the Buyer. If the price of ordered Goods changes, the Operator undertakes to inform the Buyer of such change as soon as possible. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order. If the Buyer cannot be reached within 14 calendar days from the date the Order was placed, the Order is deemed cancelled. The price of Goods already paid for by the Buyer is not subject to change.
5.3. Funds from the Buyer are accepted by cashless payment.
6. Exchange and Return of the Order6.1. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," the Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before the Order is fulfilled.
6.2. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return Goods of proper quality within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase. Return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller is possible provided that the Goods have not been used, their presentation and consumer properties have been preserved, and the document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the Goods is retained.
6.3. The Buyer may not refuse a paid Order (or part thereof) of proper quality that has individually defined properties.
6.4. The Buyer may not refuse Goods of proper quality included in the list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to exchange, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463 dated December 31, 2020.
6.5. If the Buyer has received Goods of improper quality from the Seller, the Buyer may, at their choice, demand:
- free elimination of the defects of the Goods;
- a proportionate reduction of the price;
- replacement with equivalent Goods of the Seller with a corresponding recalculation of the price;
- a refund of the amount paid for the Goods.
6.6. The Buyer's demands to eliminate defects of the Goods, to proportionately reduce the price, or to exchange Goods of improper quality, as well as demands to exchange Goods of proper quality, shall be sent to the Seller by e-mail in free form. If the Buyer claims to have received Goods of improper quality, detailed photographs of the Goods must be attached to the demand.
6.7. The Buyer's demands to return Goods of improper quality, as well as demands to return Goods of proper quality, are processed on the basis of a "Refund Application" (the "Application") completed by the Buyer, which shall be sent to the Seller by e-mail together with a copy of the Buyer's passport. If the Buyer claims to have received Goods of improper quality, detailed photographs of the Goods must be attached to the Application.
6.8. The return and exchange of Goods of proper quality is paid for by the Buyer and arranged by agreement with the Seller by contacting the Operator or via the Seller's e-mail.
6.9. If the Seller has delivered Goods of improper quality and the Buyer demands an exchange or return, the Seller undertakes to collect the Goods from the Buyer at the Seller's own expense in order to inspect the quality of the Goods.
6.10. The Buyer can obtain the Application form by contacting the Operator or via the Seller's e-mail.
6.11. The period for reviewing the Application begins from the moment the Seller receives the Application and is calculated in business days, excluding public holidays and weekends. If the Application is received by the Seller after 6:00 p.m. on a business day, or on a public holiday or weekend, the Application is deemed received on the next business day.
6.12. In accordance with Article 22 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," the Buyer's demands listed in clause 6.5 of this Offer shall be fulfilled by the Seller within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the relevant demand is made.
6.13. When the Buyer returns Goods of proper or improper quality, a Goods Return Certificate for the online store
https://missyou.ru/ is drawn up.
6.14. Refunds to the Buyer are made by cashless transfer using the Buyer's bank details specified in the Application.
6.15. A statement (receipt) from the Seller's bank account serves as confirmation of the refund made by the Seller to the Buyer.
7. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Information7.1. Provision of information by the Buyer:
7.1.1. The Buyer provides the Seller with information about themselves by performing the following actions: making a phone call to the numbers listed on the Seller's website
https://missyou.ru/; sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of the Seller's website; registering on the Seller's website (creating a personal account); subscribing to the Seller's e-mail newsletter containing advertising and informational messages; submitting a callback request, placing an Order, or transmitting data via the online chat with the Operator on the Seller's website.
7.1.2. When performing the actions listed in clause 7.1.1, the Buyer provides the following information about themselves: last name, first name, e-mail address, contact phone number, a password for access to the Online Store (stored in encrypted form), and the Order delivery address. If the Buyer orders delivery of the Order by a transport company, the Buyer additionally provides the Seller with the passport details of the Order recipient.
7.2. Use of the information provided by the Buyer and received by the Seller:
7.2.1. The Seller uses the information received from the Buyer:
- to register the Buyer in the Online Store;
- to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer;
- to evaluate and analyze the operation of the Online Store;
- to determine winners in promotions held by the Seller;
- for password recovery;
- to send advertising and informational messages.
7.2.2. The Seller has the right to send the Buyer advertising and informational messages subject to the Buyer's consent, which the Buyer communicates when accepting the terms of this Public Offer. If the Buyer does not wish to receive advertising and informational messages from the Seller, they may opt out by notifying the Seller by e-mail.
7.3. Disclosure of information received by the Seller:
7.3.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose information received from the Buyer. The provision of information by the Seller to agents and third parties acting under a contract with the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to the Buyer shall not be deemed a breach.
7.3.2. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements shall not be deemed a breach of obligations.
7.4. Processing of the Buyer's personal data:
7.4.1. The Buyer's review of the terms of this Public Offer constitutes their unconditional consent to the processing of the personal data provided by the Buyer when performing the actions listed in clause 7.1.1 of this Offer on the Seller's website. Processing of the Buyer's personal data by the Seller means any or all actions (operations) with personal data, such as collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, and destruction of personal data.
7.4.2. The Buyer's consent to the processing of their personal data by the Seller remains valid until the expiry of seven business days from the moment the Buyer withdraws their consent to the processing of their personal data. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail.
7.4.3. The date on which the Seller receives the Buyer's consent to the processing of their personal data is deemed to be the date on which the Buyer performs any of the actions listed in clause 7.1.1 of this Public Offer. The date of withdrawal of the Buyer's consent to the processing of personal data is deemed to be the date on which the Seller receives the Buyer's withdrawal request.
7.5. The Seller has the right to use cookie technology (cookies — service information sent by a web server to the user's computer for storage in the browser; used to store user-specific data used by the web server for various purposes). Cookies do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
7.6. The Seller receives information about the IP address (a unique identifier of a device connected to a local network and/or the Internet) of a Website visitor. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
7.7. The Seller is not responsible for information posted by the Buyer on the Website in publicly accessible form.
8. Copyright8.1. All text information and graphic images posted on the website
https://missyou.ru/ are the property of the Seller and/or its suppliers and manufacturers of the Goods.
9. Rights, Obligations, and Liability9.1. The Seller is not responsible for improper use by the Buyer of goods ordered on the website or through the Operator.
9.2. The Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations regarding the fulfillment of Orders to third parties.
9.3. The Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 16 of the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection," the Seller undertakes to: prevent attempts at unauthorized access to information and/or its transfer to persons not directly involved in the fulfillment of Orders, and to promptly detect and suppress such incidents. Telephone conversations are recorded for the purposes of monitoring the Operator's activities and the quality of Order fulfillment.
9.4. Ownership of the Order, as well as the risk of its accidental loss or damage, passes to the Buyer at the moment the Order is handed over to the Buyer.
9.5. The Buyer may send any claims regarding improper fulfillment of an Order to the e-mail address
info@missyou.ru. All incoming messages are processed as quickly as possible.
10. Additional Terms10.1. The Seller has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relations with the Buyer to third parties.
10.2. The Online Store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or fully unavailable due to maintenance or other work, or for any other technical reasons. The Seller's technical service has the right to periodically carry out necessary maintenance or other work, with or without prior notice to Buyers.
10.3. Relations between the User/Buyer and the Seller are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.4. In the event of questions or claims, the User/Buyer should contact the Seller by phone, e-mail, or via the feedback form on the Website. The Parties will endeavor to resolve all disputes through negotiations; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.5. Should a court find any provision of this Agreement invalid, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
