CHEF
Evgeny Khakhalev
His first job as a chef in Moscow was at Arkady Novikov's Azerbaijani restaurant Barashka. He then went on to work at Kurabye, Delicatessen, and Matryoshka. In 2021, he joined the team at Forum — the restaurant at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.
Since December 2023, Evgeny has been at the helm of a new project.
PASTRY CHEF
Ilyana Chernysheva
A pastry chef with 19 years of experience. She graduated from the Moscow State University of Technologies and Management. Alongside her work at Miss You Cafe, she teaches young chefs at Novikov School and is a chef-speaker at the Cakeshow pastry forum.
She won the competition held as part of the Podari Zhizn (Gift of Life) pastry festival, and was named winner in the "Pastry Chef of the Year: Best in the Industry" category at the 2025 Palme d'Or of the Restaurant Business awards.
