CHEF
Evgeny Khakhalev
His first position as a chef in Moscow was at Barashka, an Azerbaijani restaurant by Arkady Novikov.
He later worked on several notable projects, including Kurabye, Delicatessen, and Matryoshka. In 2021, he joined the team at Forum, the restaurant located at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
Since December 2023, Evgeny has been serving as the Head Chef of Miss You, Arkady Novikov's new restaurant project.
PASTRY CHEF
Ilyana Chernysheva
Pastry Chef with 19 years of professional experience. She graduated from the Moscow State University of Technologies and Management. Alongside her role at Miss You Cafe, she teaches aspiring pastry chefs at Novikov School and serves as a guest chef-speaker at the CakeShow Pastry Forum.
She is the winner of the "Gift of Life" Pastry Festival Competition and received the "Pastry Chef of the Year – Best in the Industry" award at the 2025 Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business Awards.
She was also nominated for Pastry Chef of the Year 2024 by ChefsBreakfast and has appeared as a guest chef-speaker at Coffee Tea Cacao Russian Expo 2025, Moscow Industrial City of the Future 2030, and PIR Expo.
She completed professional internships and assisted internationally renowned pastry chefs, including Garuharu, Karim Bourgi, Grégory Doyen, and others.
